Rochdale Football Club is proud to support Kick It Out, football’s equality and inclusion organisation.
Founded in 1993, Kick It Out has altered the landscape of football by educating, raising awareness and campaigning to make the game a more safe, welcoming and comfortable environment free of all forms of discrimination, prejudiced attitudes and abusive behaviour.
At the weekend, both sets of players wore specially designed Kick It Out t-shirts during the warm up, while kids from Hamer Community School and Heybrook Primary School joined together at half-time to parade a banner around the ground. Meanwhile, the ball boys and girls had the banner on show in the centre-circle as the players made their way onto the pitch ahead of kick-off.
