New bootcamp sessions start at Rochdale Football Club on August 4th.
They'll take place every Tuesday and Thursday between 7pm and 8pm. Those who want to attend should meet at the Community Office at Spotland Stadium.
The cost is £5 per session or £30 for 4 weeks of unlimited Bootcamp experience. There are also private 1on1 on sessions on request.
