The last of the North West Youth Alliance fixtures were played this week, with Rochdale’s place in the league table confirmed.
Dale have finished the season in fourth on 55 points, having won 17, lost seven and drawn four of their 28 games.
60 goals were scored by Rochdale during their 2016-17 league campaign and they conceded just 33, which is the third best in the league on both counts.
Matty Gillam was the side’s top goal scorer, netting 22 in all competitions.
