Rochdale will face Championship side Barnley in a pre-season friendly this summer.
Paul Heckingbottom will bring his team to the Crown Oil Arena on Tuesday 25th July, 7.30pm kick-off.
Admission prices for the match will be announced in due course.
It's the second pre-season friendly to be added to Dale's confirmed list, following the announcement on Thursday morning that Rochdale will make the trip to Chorley on Tuesday 18th July.
