First team players Niall Canavan and Peter Vincenti visited a local primary school with Dale's Community Trust on Tuesday.
They spent the afternoon at Tonacliffe Primary School in Whitworth, meeting pupils and taking part in a question and answer session.
Youngsters from the school will be invited to play on the Crown Oil Arena pitch during half-time at an upcoming Dale match and pupils will be given free tickets to come and watch their friends in action.
