Everyone at Rochdale Football Club has been saddened to hear of the passing of Chloe Cockton.
The 16-year-old tragically died after a car crash on Bury Road in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Chloe had recently joined Dale’s matchday catering staff, and had completed her first shift at last Tuesday’s pre-season friendly against Blackburn Rovers.

In addition, a fundraising event is being held at the Flying Horse Hotel on Sunday 7 August. The club is donating an Executive Box for up to 12 x people for Dale’s League 1 fixture v MK Dons, which will be auctioned off at the event.
