On a matchday, it is cash admission via the turnstiles. You can also pay by cash or card at the Ticket Office (America Express is not accepted).
Three stands are allocated to home supporters – The Main Stand (seated), Pearl Street (seated) and Sandy Lane (standing). Away supporters are allocated the Willbutts Lane Stand (seated).

On a matchday, you will be served by either Gina, Jan, Sarah or Maureen.
Got a youngster? Why not join us in the family area, which is located in the Pearl Street Stand.
You'll find the family area in the last two blocks of the stand, closest to the Main Stand. You'll be able to identify the area by looking out for the blue 'Enjoy the Match' signage which is visible around the area.
WHERE TO PARK
The Crown Oil Arena has a small car park which can accommodate guests and staff only. Street parking is available around the stadium, however please be aware that parking restrictions are in place in the yellow coned areas – these are monitored by traffic control.
Parking is also available at a local high school, which is around half a mile from the ground: Oulderhill Community School, Greave Avenue, Rochdale, Lancashire, OL11 5EF.
Please note that we do not take any responsibility for vehicles left on the street, or at Oulderhill School.
Visit the RAFC club shop at the Crown Oil Arena before the game to purchase your official merchandise. The store is open from 9am on a matchday through until kick-off. It will re-open on the full time whistle for around 15 minutes.
In the Club Shop you’ll find either Dave, Pete, Alasdair, Phil or Leighanne behind the till. Feel free to say hello!
Ratcliffe Bars and The Carlsberg Lounge
Both bars are situated at the ground.
The Ratcliffe Bars is open to both home and away supporters, while the Carlsberg Lounge is open to home supporters from the Pearl Street Stand. The Carlsberg Lounge is accessible only from inside the ground. Turnstiles open an hour before kick-off.
The Ratcliffe Bars is open from 12noon on a Saturday matchday and from 5pm on a midweek matchday.
They are licensed premises, showing Sky Sports.
REFRESHMENTS WITHIN THE STADIUM
You'll find numerous kiosks within the stadium selling a range of hot and cold food and drinks.
Dale’s matchday programme, The Voice of Spotland, is priced at £3 and is available to purchase around the ground or within the club shop. Programme sellers will be identifiable once at the Crown Oil. The programme is made up of 76 pages and contains a host of features, including a junior section. You'll also find player features, as well as eight pages of coverage on Dale's opponents.
Dale's mascot is a friendly dragon named Desmond. You'll find him in and around the family area on a matchday. Make sure you say hello!
